Class Objectives
Participants will learn to:
? Identify your true wants and desires
? Make sexuality a priority
? Expand your emotional skills
? Explore what makes it hard to get your needs met
? Communicate more effectively about sex
? Develop techniques for getting your needs fulfilled
? Develop deeper intimacy with yourself and your lovers
? Explore options for how to make sex juicy in long-term relationships
? Create more play in your relationships
In this 4-part teleclass, you will honestly assess your sexual struggles, challenges and desires and create a vision for the sexual life you want. You?ll learn practical skills for communicating about sexual desires and challenges, learn how to create a healthy sexual environment in your relationships and with yourself, and develop skills to help you manage the gap you might feel between your desires and your reality. Finally, you?ll get your sexual expression into alignment with who you are, with your desires and your needs.
You will have home assignments each week to help you move your sexual life forward and the calls will be interactive and allow time for questions and exploration.
If you have a partner and you want to work on your sexual issues or struggles, attend the class together so that you can share the information and the process.
If you cannot attend all 4 classes, they will be made available to you for download, but you are encouraged to be on the live calls to get the most out of the process.
