Real Estate Photography In Poland By BlackBee Home Marketing

?ukasz (Lucas) Cichowlas?of Blackbee Home Marketing in Poland is taking an innovative approach to real estate photography and home sale sales compared to other traditional Polish real estate agents. Lucas describes his business as follows:

I?m 26 years old and I?ve started job as real estate agent 2 years ago. In the beginning I didn?t have any knowledge about photography and my photos were really awful. Eventually I realized how important good marketing photography is in real estate. I started searching for information on the Internet and I found the PFRE blog. I read many posts and saw hundreds photos. I developed my skills and bought better equipment. Now I combine my experience of the Polish real estate market with marketing photography to help people to sell their properties better and faster.

In my city there are about 300 ? 400 real estate agencies and only one takes professional photos!?Real estate marketing in Poland is very difficult?most people sell homes themselves without real estate agents. So?I operate in differently than all other Polish real estate agencies. I help people to sell their properties without sales commission. I advise sellers how to prepare home for selling and take photos for them. This way I get paid for my work immediately not just if home sells.

I use small flash (SB-600) and Exposure Fusion. I use a Nikon D90 and a Tamron 10-24. I know that it isn?t the best equipment but it?s enough for me. I thinking of buying more flashes because sometimes in larger interiors I don?t have enough light.

Lucas, great example of ?out of the box? creative thinking to be?competitive. This reminds me of the business model of Forsalebyowner.com here in the US. Best of luck with your?innovative?business model!
